Who we are, and the terms
FullLobby is a network of independent operators who answer the phones for businesses. This page covers who runs it, how to reach a human, what happens to your data, and the terms of using it.

About FullLobby
Businesses get their calls answered by real people without hiring a receptionist. Independent members choose which businesses they serve and are paid per talk-minute. Calls arrive through a web button, a personal link, a live show or a real telephone number, and every one produces a record the business can read afterwards.
Where nobody is free, an automated assistant may answer. It tells every caller, in its first sentence, that it is not a person.

What we hold, and why
- Account details — your username, name, and a hash of your password. We never store a password we could read.
- Call records — who called, which business, when, how long, what the operator filed afterwards, and what it cost. This is the product: a business cannot be billed for, or learn from, a call nobody recorded.
- Messages typed on a call — kept with the call record when the deployment has message recording switched on.
- A spoken transcript, only when an operator switches it on for a call — it is off by default and never automatic. When it is on, the caller is told on their own page while it is happening, and the call record shows that the call was transcribed. The recognition is done by the browser on each side, which on Chrome means that side's audio is sent to Google's speech service to be turned into text — a third party hearing part of the conversation. That is why it is off unless somebody deliberately turns it on. A telephone caller has no browser, so their half cannot be transcribed at all.
- Video, only if both people turn their camera on — the operator turns theirs on and the caller is asked; declining is a normal answer, and no camera is ever switched on for somebody by anyone else. No video is recorded.
- Approximate location — for members, so businesses that require local answering can be matched. A browser gives coordinates, never a device identifier, and the accuracy is recorded honestly alongside them.
- Identity evidence — only if a member chooses to verify. Held outside the main database, deleted on a retention clock, every access logged, and withdrawable by the member at any time. No face template is ever computed or stored.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
- We do not track members' precise locations. Maps in the product show service areas, never a pin on a person.
- We do not record call audio unless the business has told the caller so.
Processors
Telephone calls are carried by our telecommunications provider. Where an automated assistant answers, the conversation is sent to our model provider to produce the reply. Media relays carry audio and video between browsers. Each sees only what it needs to do that job.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the privacy address above. A member can withdraw identity evidence themselves at any time, which deletes the files as well as the record of the decision.
Terms of use
- Members are independent, not employees. They choose which businesses they serve and may decline any call.
- Businesses are billed per answered talk-minute at the rate on their plan. What a call cost and what it earned is on the record for both sides to read.
- An outcome an operator or an assistant declares — a sale, an appointment, a lead — is a claim until the business confirms it. Nothing pays out on an unconfirmed claim.
- Do not use FullLobby to make unsolicited marketing calls, to impersonate anyone, or for anything unlawful in the caller's or the member's jurisdiction.
- We may suspend an account that does those things.
- The service is provided as it is. Where the platform cannot do something — carry audio without a relay, transcribe a voice call, authenticate a document — it says so rather than implying otherwise, and those limits are part of these terms.
What you see on Market
Market is the public timeline of this network. Listings and posts there are from accounts on FullLobby. The site does not label pages as demonstration listings, and a card on Market is not a sample fixture.
If you believe a page is impersonating someone or is being used to deceive, tell us using the address on this page and we will take it down while we look.
Platform SMS Service Terms
Carrier approval is decided by the carriers and The Campaign Registry, not by FullLobby. This page describes how we operate; it is not a guarantee of registration.
FullLobby may provide telephone numbers that support voice and, after carrier registration, business SMS. Voice can remain available while SMS registration is pending. Approval of messaging registration is decided by carriers / The Campaign Registry — not guaranteed by FullLobby platform code.
SMS registration typically takes 3–5 business days after a complete submission; some applications take longer. Number assignment can add processing time.
FullLobby account-verification texts (sign-in codes) are separate from a business’s own messaging program and must not reuse an unrelated customer’s brand or campaign.
Carrier SMS is not FullLobby in-app chat, is not end-to-end encrypted, and is not for emergencies (call 911 or local emergency services).
Messaging Acceptable Use
- Send only to recipients who consented for that program and scope.
- Honor STOP / opt-out immediately; do not route around suppressions.
- No SHAFT content, unlawful content, or deceptive sender identity.
- Purchase of a FullLobby number or product is not marketing consent.
- Keep service and promotional consents separate when both are collected.
Not a compliance guarantee. Counsel should review campaign wording before you send.
Messaging privacy disclosures
For business SMS programs we may store consent records (source, time, scope, wording version), opt-out suppressions, delivery metadata from the carrier, and registration details you submit (legal identity, EIN, samples). We use them to operate registration, deliver messages you authorize, and meet carrier requirements.
See also the general Privacy section above. Businesses are responsible for their own recipient-facing SMS terms and privacy links used in campaigns.
SMS activation & billing FAQ
- When is voice ready?
- After your FullLobby number is provisioned and confirmed — shown as Voice ready.
- When is SMS ready?
- Only after carrier Messaging capability is on for that number and message handling is configured — not merely because a campaign id exists in our database.
- What do I pay?
- Number rental and any configured SMS/registration fees shown in your itemized quote. Unpriced registration fees cannot be charged until the owner configures approved prices.
- How long does registration take?
- Typically 3–5 business days after a complete submission; some applications take longer. Approval is not guaranteed.
Reporting a problem
If you find a security problem, write to the security address above with enough detail to reproduce it. We would rather hear about it than not. If you believe a page on this domain is impersonating someone or is being used to deceive, tell us and we will take it down while we look.
