What it does

  • Call forwarding. Keep the number customers dial; send it to FullLobby with the carrier codes that match your line.
  • FullLobby operators. Arm coverage, change routing, and see who is available to answer in your name.
  • Extra number on this phone. Get a FullLobby DID and unlock the softphone so you can answer and dial from the app.
  • Every call, with the note. Who rang, what they wanted, and what happened next — plus appointments and messages.
  • Operator desk. If this account holds the operator badge, clock in and take offers from the same app.

Installing it

  1. Tap Download for Android on your phone.
  2. Android will ask whether to allow installing apps from your browser — say yes. This is normal for an app that does not come from the Play Store.
  3. Open the downloaded file and tap Install.
  4. Sign in with the same account you use on the website.

Updating later is the same steps — the new version replaces the old one and keeps you signed in.

Transfers still ring your real phone

When an operator puts a caller through to you, your actual phone rings over the telephone network. Softphone audio is optional and only used when you answer on your FullLobby number inside the app. A transfer you miss because your screen was locked is a customer you have lost — so owner transfers ring like a phone, and the app shows you what happened.

Why Android warns you about this file

FullLobby is not on the Play Store yet, so Android treats it as an app from an unknown source and asks you to confirm. That warning is about where the file came from, not what is in it. If you would rather not install anything, the suite runs in a browser at fulllobby.com/m.
